Interstate 95 in Lower Chichester Twp., Penn., was closed for much of the afternoon of Friday, Feb. 17, after two tractor trailers and a passenger car were involved in a serious multi-vehicle accident. According to DelawareOnline.com, the passenger vehicle rammed into a truck that had been idled after enduring a first accident. The car was then bounced back into traffic, where it was hit by another semi. The woman driving the car was treated for injuries at an area hospital.
