Fourth-generation Wyoming native Joe Chenchar is a Litigation Attorney at The Law Firm for Truck Safety, where he combines deep local roots with broad legal expertise. A double graduate of the University of Wyoming, Joe has helped countless families and truck crash survivors across Wyoming, Colorado, and Oregon find justice after immense loss.

Drawing from his four years as Deputy County Attorney and Assistant City Attorney, he brings comprehensive motorist safety regulation insights to every case he handles. His strategic, client-centered approach has earned him the respect of both clients and colleagues throughout the legal community.

Joe is an active member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association (WTLA), Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), and Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG).
